Q: How much does it cost for a service?

A: Please see our Services Page.


Q: How often should i have my caravan serviced?

A: We recommend once a year, and if you caravan is still under manufacturer warranty then this is compulsory to keep it valid.


Q: When should my caravan be serviced?

A: This is dependant on whether or not the caravan is still under manufacturers warranty, if yes then you usually have a window of around 6 weeks either side of its date of purchase (seek advice from your manufacturer for their terms) if not then its really up to you but we do recommend once a year.

 

Q: Do you work on motorhomes or statics?

A: We will work on motorhomes (body only not mechanical) but not static caravans.

 

Q: How long does a service take?

A: A service can take up to 4 hours.

 

Q: Do i have to bring my caravan to you?

A: No we are mobile at the moment so we will come to you.

 

Q: What if you find problems during my service?

A: Some problems may lead to additional charges we will keep you updated on this.

 

Q: Do you have a call out charge?

A: Yes we charge 50p per mile round trip from our address.


Q: What  forms of payment do you accept?

A: We accept all major cards, pay pal bank transfer and cash, unfortunately we will not accept cheques.


Q: Do you carry out water ingress repairs for caravans and how much do they cost?

A: Yes we can do water ingress repairs and the pricing structure is unique to each job as no two jobs are alike, estimates will be given after a visual inspection.
